The project cannot be discussed in details only by using e-mails or networking. So it’s needed to organize an advance planning visit for leaders in order to bring them in Georgia before and show them real condition, the way of travelling, food and Georgian basic style of living in two days. It will be a step up to be as prepared as it is possible for problems that may appear during the project and also to inform participants about all conditions and plenary before.
It will take place in Bakuriani, Georgia during 22-23 of October, in the same hotel where the YE itself
will be held. It is very important that during these days the leaders with organizers will discuss all the
details of project duration. They will divide responsibilities between partners and make a clear picture
of the topics and workshops which should be prepared for sessions by the participants. Once again
they will underline the aims and objectives of the YE and the choose the best ways to reach them.
