Hello everybody, I am sure all of you are in the preparation process for the Youth Exchange.
We want to give you some practical information

Here comes some reminders and useful information:
First of all, please have a look in the attached file and add the missing information regarding
your group.
We have made face book group of our project as well, and please add your participants there.

Accommodation
We want to remind you that we will pick you up from the airport with the mini bus and directly go
to Bakuriani. It takes almost 3 hours to get there.
We will stay in the Hotel “ tetra Saxli”

The weather is quite cold so bring some warm clothes for sure. ( +2, + 6 during the day and -4,-
7 during night )
Excursion
As you can see from the time table we have planned to go for excursion to Vardzia – cave /rock
monastery which was build during 1184-1213. It will be nice to have some sport shoes with
you
Do not Forget:
* Do not forget to bring picture, photo, movie or drama , which express your emotions
regarding our project; We need them for our exhibition
* Do not forget to write us if you need something special for your workshop;
* Do not forget to write us about your special needs;
*Be prepared for your country and NGO presentations;
* Do not forget to bring traditional sweets from your country for coffee breaks and for
cultural nights; ( You will get money from the preparation cost )
* Take care of your tickets and boarding passes, which are needed for your travel cost
reimbursement. ( Reimbursement will be after the project as soon as we will get
originals of your tickets )
